TERRY RUEGG - Executive Director
Terry first started working at camp in 1987 and has served as waterfront director, maintenance man and counselor. Terry returned to camp for a second run in 2014, this time as the camp director. His vision and desire for positive change have been instrumental in shaping camp to what it is today.
Terry lives at the camp in Hollen, Ontario with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time Terry enjoys listening to music and engaging with youth. As camp Executive Director Terry is involved overseeing the camp, but focusing on financial and strategic areas of camp activities, connecting with families, crafting policy and speaking. ZACK BARRIAGE - Camp Director
Zack has been on staff at CBC for over 10 years working as Day Camp and Youth Camp Counsellor, on the Pastoral Team, and as Assistant Director in the summer. He attends Citizens Church with his wife.
Zack's role as the Camp Director is taking care of the programs side of camp. This is for all the programs that run for our summer - Day Camp and Youth Camp and Staff Development. He will be active in training and developing our leaders and the summer mission staff. Zack is looking to see how we can take our programs into the fall and winter as well. Garrett Martin - Facilities Director
Garrett and his wife Michelle both attended and counselled at CBC for many years. They have moved from Elmira to the camp so Garrett can take on this exciting new opportunity.
Garrett has experience in cabinet making, woodworking, trucking, and other skilled labor jobs that will be extremely helpful at CBC. Garrett is also the grandson of past camp directors Clarence and Eva Martin (aka Jack and Jill). Garrett will be overseeing all areas of camp maintenance as well as helping with a number of much needed projects big and small. His depth of experience from cabinet making and woodworking will be extremely handy in building some new features at the camp. If you have questions about facilities you can contact Garrett.
